Garden Rescue – s03.

Charlie Dimmock and award-winning garden designers the Rich brothers compete to design gardens for homeowners around the country.

Ep01 - Kicking things off is Holly, a mum of two in Redditch who has let her garden turn into a jungle. Can the intrepid threesome come up with a plan to give this family a safe and fun place to play?

Ep02 - Charlie Dimmock and the Rich brothers start with a clean slate in Rutland, as they come to the aid of Manjinder. She wants to create an interactive and colourful space to pass her love of gardening on to her two small nephews. Can the team make it happen on her small budget?

Ep03 - Charlie Dimmock and the Rich brothers travel to Andover. Animal lover Sue would like to share her garden with the hedgehogs who live in the neighbourhood, so which designer will create a space both safe and beautiful?

Ep04 - Charlie Dimmock and the Rich brothers visit Cardiff to meet Nadine and Steve. With two little ones and a home renovation going on, the couple have paid little attention to their spacious garden. Can Charlie and the boys come up with design ideas that blend entertaining spaces and room for growing children?

Ep05 - Music-loving couple Paul and Victoria welcome Charlie and the Rich brothers to their retro-styled home in Coventry. Their garden might not have much to offer right now, but with an original Anderson shelter in place and its owners bursting with imagination, this space is ready for a creative makeover from the Garden Rescue team.

Ep06 - Charlie Dimmock and the Rich brothers meet Arvinder and Yolanda, a couple juggling older parents, twin babies and busy careers, whose garden has fallen into disrepair. The team heads to south London to make a space where the family can stop and reflect.

Ep07 - Charlie Dimmock, Harry Rich and David Rich travel to Leicester to meet Paul, a personal trainer who would like to be able to use his space for clients, as well as for relaxing with friends and family. Can the team give him an all-purpose garden that also takes into consideration his disability?

Ep08 - Charlie Dimmock and the Rich brothers are tasked with bringing a tropical vibe to a sparse garden in Lincolnshire. Lizzie and Mike want the colours and feel of an island getaway, so which design will they choose?

Ep09 - The team is in Liphook to meet Anne and Shaun, who have a very big garden and a daughter who has her own ideas on what makes a perfect outdoor space. Can the Rich brothers save the day, or will it be Charlie Dimmock's design that suits the family most?

Ep10 - The team face one of their biggest ever challenges, as Tracey and Rob's Newport home has it all - dangerous sloped banks, multiple levels full of wild weeds, overgrown hedges and too many trees. But for those brave enough to make it to the top, the garden offers a magnificent view. Can Charlie and the Rich brothers work together to tame this space and give the family a place to relax?

Ep11 - The team is in North Walsham where Charlie and the brothers go head to head to win the right to make over the garden of Christine and Tony. If ever a couple needed the peace and consoling virtues of a good garden, it is this one. In June 2015, Anthony and Christine were shot in a terrorist attack in Tunisia.

Ep12 - The team is in Northampton where Charlie and the brothers go against each other to win the right to make over the garden of Theresa and Martyn. Theresa has recently retired from a career in nursing and Martyn has retired from a long teaching career. So, after being married for 42 years, and with their children moved out and providing them with grand children, they are free to enjoy their new 'forever home' - the only problem? The garden is 'boring' and 'green'.

Ep13 - The team is in Aylesbury where Charlie and the brothers go against each other to win the right to make over the garden of Michelle and Alistair and their two daughters. Alistair, who is in the air force, and Michelle, a neonatal nurse, have been together for 16 years. They have a small back garden but they need it to work hard for them providing space for entertainment and relaxation and also where their daughters Tabitha and Jocelyn, who both have autism can play.

Ep14 - The team is in Norwich where Charlie and the brothers are going head to head to win the right to make over the garden of Taj and Rachel. Rachel and girlfriend Taj met online, they've been together for nearly four years and have a puppy and baby on its way. Rachel has recently completed her paramedic training, and Taj is a pharmacist. They would love to challenge the designers to tackle the slope at the bottom of their garden, which is the sunniest spot.

Ep15 - Elaine in Lymington loves gardening, but her front garden is out of control, with loads of messy shrubs, an out of control conifer and a front door the postman can't find. Can the team give purpose to the chaotic front space that matches Elaine's own dramatic style?

Ep16 - Roxy and Steve live in Shrewsbury with their young children Ted and Betsy, but their blank and boring garden has nothing exciting for children. In fact, it's so bad that when Ted and Betsy's nine-year-old cousin came round to play, she complained there was nothing to do in the garden! It's time for firefighter Steve to call in the garden emergency services.

Ep17 - Sheena and James have saved hard to raise £2,500 to create their dream garden in their Lee-on-Solent home. The only trouble is, despite being a gardening enthusiast, Sheena has run aground in her efforts to create a garden that is green and tree filled but also a nod to the coastal area they live in, as well as appealing to both the couple's extended family and the area's wildlife that James has, so far, failed to tempt into their garden. And if that wasn't enough, Sheena has another unlikely request for the bespoke garden design - it has to work around her beloved washing line.

Ep18 - In Bitterne, Amanda and Lewis have a budget of £3,000 to create their dream garden. The couple have finished furnishing and decorating their first home together, and now they want a garden to match their stylish taste and eye for a sophisticated finish. Having travelled a lot in Asia, the couple would love to have influences that reflect the gardens of Asia in their south east English home.

Ep19 - In Winchester, busy doctor Carolyn wants a tranquil spot to help her escape the stresses of her high-pressure job. Her happy place has always been by the beach, where she has happy memories of going as a child with her grandparents, so can the team bring a touch of the beach to her back garden?

Ep20 - In Stratford, Simon and Steve want a stylish garden with dramatic twists, suitable for the home town of William Shakespeare. But can the team come up with something that's equal part both stylishly modern and with hints of Tudor heritage? And how about Simon and Steve's other request? A first for the designers - a feature in the garden that nods to the couple's interest and career in the car industry.

Ep21 - Danielle and Andy in Teignmouth have a wonderful opportunity to create a delightful terraced garden in the back of their smart new home. The only problem is they don't have the green fingers to do their garden justice. Luckily, this is where the Garden Rescue team come in.

Ep22 - Steve and Alice in Exeter are after an Ibiza-flavoured outdoor space, inspired by Alice's past living abroad. They have a budget of £2,500 and want a finished garden that will do justice to their new kitchen extension which spills outdoors through large bi-fold doors. But the garden also has to work as a family space that entertains their two young children.

Ep23 - In Stowmarket, Charlie and the Rich brothers face one of their hardest ever garden rescues as they have to turn a total concrete jungle into a family-friendly back garden. After a career serving all over the world, army veteran Jason, his wife Esther and their four children have finally put down roots, but the trouble is, their garden literally has no roots - it's little more than a concrete car park. It is the ultimate test for Charlie and the Rich brothers, Harry and David.

Ep24 - Charlie Dimmock and the Rich brothers are in Wolverhampton to visit Bob and Maureen, who have a south-facing garden and are in desperate need of some shade. Maureen has lupus, and she comes out in bad rashes if her skin is exposed to the sun. As a result, Maureen has been unable to sit out and enjoy her garden for the last few years. Can the team bring the all-important shade that she needs, while also maintaining the colourful plant this Jamaica-born lady loves?

Ep25 - Annette moved into her house in Mansfield, with her three sons Sam, 18, Tom, 13, and Charlie, six, two years ago. After doing up the house, she now needs help with the garden, but her £2,500 budget is all the money she has, so the pressure is on the team to deliver something that gives her everything she wants.

Ep26 - Emma and Steve met in Australia and moved back to England to set up home. They now have a beautiful home in Hoveringham overlooking the River Trent. The only trouble is the house and wonderful view are let down by the fact that they are on display to all the passing walkers, cyclists and car users who use the road at the bottom of their front garden.

Ep27 - In Corby, Northamptonshire, the Garden Rescue team help Keri and Mark to see if their boring and featureless back garden can be turned into a relaxing and tranquil social space, built around a bar that the couple desire. With a whole garden to make over and a proper bar to build too, it is going to be a difficult challenge to complete.

Ep28 - Charlie Dimmock and Harry and David Rich are in Wallasey to turn Sue's concrete space into a garden fitting for the two rose bushes she planted for her late husband and mother.

Ep29 - Since they retired, Kate and Derek have downsized to a property in Hagley that works for them in all ways, except for the garden. Laid mainly to lawn with established beds with shrubs, there are good bones to the garden but the old grey slab patio with its two-foot drop into a gravel seating area is a trip hazard waiting to injure one of their many young grandchildren and the patio does not provide enough space to entertain their large family.

Ep30 - The Garden Rescue team visit 82-year-old Anita, whose garden in Fallowfield was once her late husband's pride and joy. But she is now is too old to keep the shrubs and the plants from running out of control, and Charlie and brothers Harry and David Rich work with Anita's minimal £2,500 budget on a garden where there is a lot of work to do.
