A Gardeners World about allotments. We're currently losing about 50 allotment sites a year in Britain, and thats despite the current resurgence in allotment interest. At the moment there are perhaps thirteen thousand people on a waiting list to receive a plot. Monty sets out to find out exactly who these people are.
