Show Me Your Garden s01.

Green-fingered enthusiasts go head-to-head in this new gardening contest. If you know your hydrangeas from your hollyhocks, this homegrown contest is for you. It’s gardening shears at dawn when these enthusiasts from across Britain give us a peek at their beloved backyards, be it a wild country estate or cool urban space.

Each episode, three couples will take it in turns to visit and judge one another's pride and joys, awarding a maximum of 50 points to the hopeful who impresses the most in a triumvirate of categories: design and maintenance, general knowledge, and overall experience of the day. The winner will take home £500 and the coveted golden trowel. Up first in this London-based series opener are retired paediatrician Malkanthie and her husband David, followed by ex-advertising executive Edwina and her hubby Nigel and former art teachers Barbara and Marek. With very different tastes and styles, who will be crowned hedge-and-shoulders above the rest?

Great British Garden Revival s02.

Ep01 - Roses, Climbers and Creepers.

A selection of top television gardeners attempt to inspire the nation to save Britain's rich gardening heritage. Rachel de Thame shares her love of old roses. In her revival she meets a nurseryman in Oxford involved in the restoration and conservation of old rose gardens, takes to the streets of Solihull with her pop-up rose garden and visits the most famous rose nursery in the UK. Joe Swift wants to dispel some of the myths which have grown up around climbers and creepers. On his revival he meets a university research team investigating the effects that climbing plants can have on our buildings, sizes up the longest wisteria in the country and finds out that climbing plants can also be productive on a visit to a cooperative vineyard in London.
