Monty Don kicks off this years visits to the RHS Flower Show, Tatton Park. Joined by Carol Klein, Joe Swift and Andy Sturgeon, the team explore the show gardens, inviting visitors to get away from it all. Fuchsia nursery Roualeyn explains why there's a fuchsia perfect for every garden and Carol looks at the hardy plants suitable for the exposed areas of the garden.
In the second show, the team celebrate the joys of growing your own fruit and vegetables. Monty takes a trip back in time to visit an allotment garden based on the World War II 'Dig for Victory' campaign. Joe Swift looks at Tatton's perennial favourites, the civic flowerbed displays, and Carol returns to her favourite place - the potting bench - to share a series of top growing tips with her fellow experts.
